We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented installer to join our team. This role focuses on installing custom mirrors and shower doors in residential settings while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Job Responsibilities

Install custom mirrors and shower doors in residential homes
Ensure all installations are clean, precise, and completed to company standards
Safely transport and handle glass materials and tools
Maintain a professional presence while working in customers’ homes
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the installation process

Qualifications

Experience in glass installation, construction, or finish work preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work each day

Under Shawn’s leadership, Perfection Glass has grown into a highly successful company with over 80 full-time employees as of 2025. His dedication to innovation and collaboration, supported by local business mentors, has propelled the company to win “Tri-Cities Best” in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
