He enjoys helping homeowners find the right solution for their needs and believes choosing quality products over the cheapest option leads to better performance, greater comfort, and lasting peace of mind. When he's not working with customers, Ron enjoys spending time with his family.

Tim has 25 years of experience in the window and glass industry and works closely with homeowners throughout Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, and the Tri-Cities area to help make the window and patio door replacement process simple, smooth, and stress-free. He is known for his clear communication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction from start to finish. His goal is to ensure every customer has a positive experience with Perfection Glass and feels confident throughout the entire project. Outside of work, Tim enjoys playing tennis, golfing, and fishing.

Cesar knows Perfection Glass inside and out. During his 19 years with the company, he's worked in deliveries, counter sales, office management, and now specializes in outside sales for new construction. That hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective when helping builders and homeowners choose the right products for their projects. He enjoys collaborating with customers to turn house plans into beautiful finished homes, making sure every window and door fits both the vision and the practical needs of the build. Whether it's a custom home or a large construction project, Cesar is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance and a smooth experience from start to finish. When he's away from work, you'll often find him DJing, listening to music, taking spontaneous road trips, or spending time with friends and family.

Tyler has over 6 years of experience in the window and door industry and specializes in outside sales for new construction projects at Perfection Glass. He works closely with homeowners and builders throughout the Tri-Cities to help simplify the window selection process while ensuring every project meets budget goals, design preferences, and building code requirements. He is known for his clear communication, accurate quoting, and attention to detail throughout every phase of construction. Tyler enjoys helping homeowners through the entire building journey, from early planning and product selection to the finishing touches that help bring their dream home to life. Outside of work, Tyler is a big Mariners fan, enjoys trying new food spots, and spends time with his fiancé Chloe and their mini–Australian Shepherd, Zoro.
